Step 2
Wash the bell pepper, dry it, remove seeds and stem. Cut the flesh into long strips. For a colorful salad, use peppers of different colors.
Step 3
Wash cucumbers, dry them, and slice thinly into long pieces. If cucumbers are long, cut slices into smaller parts. Do not peel the skin if it’s not tough, damaged, or bitter.
Step 4
Prepare the dressing ingredients. Sesame oil can be replaced with any vegetable oil. Fresh garlic can be replaced with 1 tablespoon of dried garlic. Add spices to taste, but remember Korean carrots already have enough spices.
Step 5
In a bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, and pressed garlic. Whisk thoroughly so the oil and soy sauce blend well.
Step 6
Place Korean carrots, sliced cucumbers, and bell pepper in a bowl. Pour dressing over the salad and mix well.
Step 7
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve. Enjoy your meal!
