Preparation
Step 1
Rinse the kiwi and banana. Thaw frozen spinach ahead of time (or use it frozen if your blender is powerful). If using fresh spinach, rinse it thoroughly under running water.

Peel the banana and kiwi.

Chop both into smaller pieces. You can simply break the banana into chunks, and if the kiwi is small, add it whole. Use a very ripe or slightly overripe banana for extra sweetness and nutrients.
