Step 1
First, prepare the necessary products and spices for making juicy homemade patties.
Step 2
Start with the filling: using a large grater over a big bowl, grate one onion and two pre-boiled potatoes (boiled in skin, without salt).

Add 600 g (about 1.3 lbs) of mixed pork and beef mince to the bowl and mix well with your hands.
Step 4
Season with salt, coriander, cumin, and mix everything again by hand.

Add two pressed garlic cloves and ground black pepper to taste, then mix all ingredients thoroughly once more.
Step 6
To make the mince fluffy and easy to shape, lift the mixture in your hands and throw it back into the bowl several times to release excess air. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Take portions of the prepared mince and shape them into patties of the desired size. They can also be cooked in a steamer or oven.

Lightly coat the patties in wheat flour.

Place the patties in a pan with preheated vegetable oil, keeping some space between them. Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

Cover the pan with a lid and continue cooking for 20-25 minutes on low heat.

Place the cooked patties on plates and serve with a suitable side dish.
