Homemade Ice Cream without Eggs

With just two ingredients and any flavor - easy and simple! Homemade ice cream without eggs is the easiest and tastiest dessert made from cream and condensed milk. You can use any flavoring; I used vanilla. You can also add berries, fruits, nuts, cocoa, or chocolate.

Preparation
Step 1
First, prepare the necessary ingredients from the list. There are only three, and vanilla is optional. Use heavy cream with 33-35% fat, suitable for whipping.

Pour the cold cream into a bowl.
Step 3
Add vanilla. You can replace it with 1 tbsp of vanilla sugar.
Step 4
Whip the cream with vanilla using a mixer until you get a fluffy, airy, delicate mass. Important: do not overbeat, otherwise the cream will separate, and butter will form. Properly whipped cream should hold whisk marks that fade very slowly.
Step 5
Add condensed milk to the cream. It’s very important to choose high-quality condensed milk - real condensed milk should be thick and natural, without vegetable fat substitutes.
Step 6
Continue whipping the mixture at low speed for no longer than a minute, just until the mass is homogeneous.
Step 7
Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the freezer.
Step 8
After 30-40 minutes, take the ice cream out and stir thoroughly with a fork or spoon to prevent ice crystals. Return it to the freezer. Repeat this process every 30-40 minutes, 3-4 more times. After the last mixing, leave in the freezer until fully frozen.

Scoop the ready ice cream into bowls. Garnish with berries and mint before serving. Enjoy!
