Homemade banana chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 120C. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper and lightly brush the surface with oil.
Step 2
Place banana slices in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice, stirring gently to coat.
Step 3
Arrange the banana slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Optionally, sprinkle a little cinnamon over the top. Bake for 1 hour.
Step 4
Carefully peel the slices off the paper, turn them over, and return to the oven for another 30-40 minutes. They should feel dry on both sides - they’ll continue to crisp as they cool.
Step 5
Allow the chips to cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
