Step 1
How to make ground meat with potatoes and vegetables in the oven? Prepare all the ingredients. I used mixed ground meat. Wash and peel the onion, carrot, and potatoes. You can make mayonnaise at home.

Finely chop the onion and mix it with the ground meat. Salt to taste.

Spread the ground meat right away on the bottom of the baking dish. I have two small dishes.

Grate the carrot.

Grate the washed zucchini. Mine was young, so I didn’t peel it.

Grate the potatoes as well.

Layer the carrot over the ground meat, then the zucchini. Lightly salt all the layers.

Cover everything with a layer of potatoes.

Lightly spread mayonnaise on top. Put it into an oven preheated to 400°F (200°C) and bake for about 45 minutes. Attention: adjust the exact time and temperature to your oven.

15 minutes before it’s done, sprinkle with grated cheese.
