Green curry paste

- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Chop chillies, shallots, peeled ginger, lemongrass stalks to smaller pieces and put then in food processor.
Step 2
Zest the limes and squeeze juices to the food processor.
Step 3
Add the remaining ingredient to the processor and blend everything until the paste.
Step 4
Trasfer the paste to a jar and keep it in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
