Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients needed for cooking.
Step 2
In a pot, sear the chicken on all sides until lightly browned. Set the browned chicken aside.
Step 3
Add the finely chopped onion, garlic, and sliced bell pepper to the pot.
Step 4
Add the tomato paste. Stir and sauté briefly.
Step 5
Then pour in the canned tomatoes.
Step 6
Add the ground paprika, curry spices, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Step 7
Return the browned chicken to the pot. Pour in a little water and add the bouillon cube. Stir everything well until the bouillon cube dissolves. Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and simmer for about 40 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the stew becomes thick.
Step 8
Serve the stew with fluffy, delicious rice.
