Fried Eggs with Mushrooms, Tomatoes, and Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
You can use either cherry tomatoes or regular ones. Choose cheese to your taste.
Step 2
Rinse champignon mushrooms well under running water and pat them dry. Heat a skillet until hot, add a little vegetable oil. Slice the mushrooms and place them into the skillet. Fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they shrink in size.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into 2-3 pieces and add them to the mushrooms in the skillet. Stir and cook together for about 1 minute, until the tomatoes soften.
Step 4
Crack 2 eggs into the skillet between the mushrooms and tomatoes. Lightly salt everything and cook over low heat, uncovered, for a couple of minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle grated cheese over the fried eggs. Your fried eggs with mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese are ready! Serve hot. Enjoy!
