Easy
More than 1 hour.
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Remove the fillet from the turkey breast so the meat forms an even sheet. It doesn’t have to be one piece - you can have 2-3 pieces; the key is to avoid tiny bits or ragged edges.
Step 2
Mince the garlic or press it through a garlic press and place it in a bowl.
Step 3
Add all seasonings and salt to the garlic and mix.
Step 4
Rub the meat thoroughly with the seasoning mixture.
Step 5
Place the meat in a container and refrigerate for 5-8 hours.
Step 6
Cut 3-4 layers of foil from the roll. Place the fillet in the center and wrap each layer so all seams end up on top.
Step 7
Cook the meat in the multicooker on Bake mode for 1 hour. When the program ends, leave the meat in the bowl for 1 more hour (do not open the lid). Then remove the roast and refrigerate it in the foil for about 5 hours more. The aromatic homemade turkey roast is ready!
