Step 1
How to make fluffy milk pancakes? Prepare the ingredients. Use fresh milk and egg. Use refined olive oil (extra virgin won’t work because it can taste bitter). You can replace olive oil with any other neutral-flavored refined oil.

In a deep bowl, mix all the dry ingredients - use a whisk and stir for about 30 seconds. This helps distribute everything evenly.

Add the egg and mix with a mixer, then add the milk and mix again. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and mix everything for about 2 minutes until smooth.

You should get a fairly thick batter (if you turn a spoon over, it will fall in clumps rather than run off). After the first try, you’ll easily recognize the right consistency. If needed, add a little milk or flour. Keep in mind the amount of flour may vary.
Step 5
Heat a pan over medium heat WITHOUT OIL, and spoon the batter onto the pan to form pancakes.
Step 6
How do you know when to flip? Wait until bubbles appear all over the surface, then flip. It usually takes about 2-3 minutes per side.
