Favorite Chicken Salad

I really love salads for dinner. First, they don’t weigh down your stomach at night; second, they’re quick to make; and third, they’re healthy.
In this case, I love the combination of chicken (you can substitute turkey), lettuce leaves, and the special touch of sun-dried tomatoes, which add juiciness—along with cucumbers and sweet bell peppers.

- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare chicken cutlets no thicker than 0.6 inches (1.5 cm) and grill them on a preheated grill pan. Cook each side for no more than 1.5 minutes to avoid drying out the meat.
Step 2
In a deep bowl (more convenient for mixing), place the lettuce leaves.
Step 3
Slice cucumbers, bell pepper, chicken, and sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips.
Step 4
Dress the salad with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of 6% vinegar.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
For decoration, you can use walnuts (optional).
