Eggs with Ham

Preparation
Step 1
How to make eggs with ham? Prepare the ingredients. Use neutral vegetable oil. Choose good-quality ham, as it will define the main flavor of the dish.

Slice the ham into small pieces about 0.3 cm thick (around 1/8 inch), in any shape you like.
Step 3
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Lightly beat them with a fork. There is no need to whip strongly; the yolks just need to mix with the whites.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ham slices. Fry them over moderate heat until lightly golden and fragrant. The diameter of my pan is about 20 cm (around 8 inches).
Step 5
Turn the ham slices over to the other side.
Step 6
Cook the eggs over low heat, without covering the pan, until they reach your preferred doneness. You can cook them until fully set or leave the top slightly soft and creamy.
Step 7
Serve the eggs with ham immediately, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley or fragrant dill. Enjoy your meal!
