Easy
About 45 min.
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the eggs in advance. If the crab sticks were frozen, thaw them. I added mayonnaise last because without it, the filling was a bit dry. Garlic can also be added.
Step 2
Place the processed cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork. I used a standard processed cheese; choose a good quality cheese with no vegetable fats. It tastes better and is healthier.
Step 3
Cut the boiled, cooled, and peeled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and add them to the cheese. Set the whites aside.
Step 4
Mash the yolks with the cheese using a fork.
Step 5
Wash and dry dill. Finely chop it and add it to the cheese mixture.
Step 6
Remove the crab stick wrapper and chop them as finely as possible.
Step 7
Add the crab sticks to the filling. Season with salt and pepper lightly, as both cheese and crab sticks are already salty.
Step 8
Mix the filling. Since my filling was a bit dry, I added a little mayonnaise, which improved it. Next time, I’ll add some garlic for extra flavor.
Step 9
Fill the egg white halves with the prepared mixture. The more filling, the tastier. Place it heaping. Any leftover filling can be used as a spread or to fill tartlets.
Step 10
Decorate the stuffed eggs as desired and serve. Enjoy!
