Step 1
How do you cook cutlets on an electric grill? Prepare the ingredients. Peel the onion. Rinse the meat and onion, cut them up, and pass them through a meat grinder. Add your favorite spices, salt, and pepper, pour in the sparkling water, and knead the ground meat thoroughly. Cover it and place it in the refrigerator for at least overnight. Prepare a sheet of parchment paper, grease it with vegetable oil, and place a special metal ring on it. Fill the ring with the ground meat, level it with a lid, and remove the ring.
Step 2
Repeat the process, shaping round cutlets about 2 cm, about 3/4 inch, thick. Place the finished cutlets in the freezer for a short time so the meat mixture firms up slightly. Do not freeze them completely.
Step 3
While the cutlets are chilling, turn on the electric grill and heat it to a high temperature, after lightly greasing it with a small amount of olive oil. Place the prepared cutlets onto the hot grill.
Step 4
Grill the cutlets until they develop a beautiful golden-brown crust with characteristic grill marks. The exact cooking time will depend on the size of the cutlets and the specific features of your appliance.
