Easy
About 30 min.
Preparation
Step 1
Try to choose fresh (chilled) chicken wings. If they are frozen, leave them at room temperature to thaw naturally.
Step 2
Cut each chicken wing at the joints into 3 parts. The smallest tip can be discarded, since it contains almost no meat.
Step 3
Place the prepared wings in a bowl, sprinkle with flour and salt, and mix well so that each wing is evenly coated with a thin layer of flour.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. On a plate, mix breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Step 5
Dip each flour-coated wing into the egg, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 6
Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in vegetable oil. Place the breaded wings into the hot skillet and fry for 7-10 minutes over medium-low heat. Do not use high heat - the wings need to cook through inside without burning on the outside. Turn them occasionally for even cooking.
Step 7
The wings should turn a delicious golden color. Do not cover the skillet with a lid, otherwise the coating will not remain crispy.
Step 8
Place the cooked wings on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Enjoy!
