Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients needed for cooking.

Step 2

Clean the mushrooms, peel them if desired, and remove the stems.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, grated garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Step 4

Fill the mushroom caps with the prepared cheese mixture.

Step 5

Wrap each stuffed mushroom with a strip of bacon and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and golden.

Step 6

Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley. These stuffed mushrooms are delicious both warm and cooled.
