Crab Stick Salad with Processed Cheese
An excellent salad both for a festive table and for dinner. This salad is one of my favorites. I make it very often both for holidays and on an ordinary day. It can be served as a regular salad, in tartlets, as a spread on bread, wrapped in lavash, and more.

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, cool them in cold water, and peel them. Finely chop the crab sticks. Grate the eggs, processed cheese, and garlic on a fine grater.
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl. If needed, add salt, if the cheese is not very salty, then add mayonnaise and mix until smooth. Pile the salad onto a serving plate and decorate with dill. Even though this salad is very simple to make, it is very tasty and versatile. You can place it into tartlets or simply mound it on a plate and decorate with dill and half a yolk.
