Coffee with Liqueur
Unusually aromatic and quick, it lifts your mood! Coffee with liqueur is easy to make at home. The flavor changes dramatically, gaining new notes. It strongly depends on the liqueur you choose - keep that in mind. A Baileys-style liqueur (or an equivalent, even homemade) works best.

Preparation
Step 1
How do you make delicious coffee with Baileys-style liqueur? First, prepare the ingredients. I’ll brew natural ground coffee in a cezve (Turkish coffee pot), but you can use instant coffee - just pour boiling water over it. Use any liqueur you like, creamy or otherwise; it doesn’t have to be Baileys. Adjust the sugar to taste. The amounts are for 1 serving. I made 2 servings, so I doubled everything.
Step 2
Add ground coffee to the cezve. You can grind whole beans yourself for a more aromatic drink. Pour in hot water and place the cezve over medium heat. Brew for 2-3 minutes, watching carefully so the foam doesn’t overflow.
Step 3
Pour the milk into a small saucepan and heat until just about to boil, but do not boil to avoid forming a foam. If you have a microwave, you can warm the milk there.
Step 4
Pour the hot milk into a cup or into clear mulled-wine glasses.
Step 5
Next, pour in the hot coffee from the cezve. Then add the liqueur of your choice. I use Baileys, but any liqueur you like will work: cherry, chocolate, amaretto, etc. The coffee’s flavor will change depending on the liqueur. Increase or reduce the amount of liqueur to taste - this will also affect the final result.
Step 6
If needed, add sugar or a sweetener.
Step 7
Serve the coffee with liqueur right away. It’s also very tasty cold. You can serve it with any pastries, candies, or other sweets. Enjoy!
