Easy
About 20 min.
Preparation
Step 1
Take the butter out of the fridge in advance and leave it at room temperature until it becomes soft. Sift the flour through a sieve to enrich it with oxygen.
Step 2
For the batter, use a deep bowl to avoid splashes when mixing. Combine the softened butter and sugar in the bowl. Mix well - you can use a mixer.
Step 3
Then add the milk and eggs to the bowl. Incorporate them into the batter.
Step 4
Gradually add the flour mixed with baking soda, stirring the batter. The exact amount of flour may differ, so don’t add it all at once. Adjust based on the consistency of the batter.
Step 5
The waffle batter should be fairly thick.
Step 6
Plug in the waffle maker and preheat until hot. Spoon some batter onto it and close the lid. Cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on the power of your waffle maker, until the waffles are golden brown and appetizing.
Step 7
Carefully remove the finished waffles from the waffle maker onto a plate and let them cool slightly. You can serve them with berries or condensed milk. Enjoy!
