Classic Quick No-Yeast Water Pizza (Oven)

Step 1
How to bake a quick no-yeast water pizza in the oven? Prepare all the ingredients. Use high-grade flour so the baked crust turns out snowy white. Use purified, bottled, spring, or tap water. Choose any toppings you like. Pick a good-quality hard cheese so it melts well when baked.
Step 2
Start with the dough. Sift the flour into a deep bowl to remove any debris and to aerate it. Add salt, sugar, and baking powder. Mix until evenly combined.
Step 3
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Crack in the egg. Stir with a spoon until smooth.
Step 4
Pour in the water. Mix it together with the egg and a small amount of flour.
Step 5
Add olive oil. You can replace it with another neutral vegetable oil. Mix everything so the dry ingredients become moist. Keep in mind you may need a bit more or a bit less flour than I did.
Step 6
Knead briefly with your hands, greasing them with a little oil because the dough is sticky. Cover with a towel and leave on the kitchen counter for 30 minutes.
Step 7
After resting, dust a mat with a little flour. Place the dough on it and punch it down. The finished dough weighs 680 g (about 1 lb 8 oz). You’ll end up with 4 thin pizzas, 28-30 cm (about 11-12 in) in diameter.
Step 8
Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Knead each piece again into a soft ball.
Step 9
Work with each piece one by one if you want to make all 4 pizzas. While you roll out the first piece, cover the others with a towel so they don’t dry out. Roll the dough into a thin round to fit the pan. Transfer to a baking pan or sheet. If you’re not sure about your bakeware, line it with parchment or grease with vegetable oil.
Step 10
Spread with tomato sauce. You can use ketchup or tomato paste. The topping amounts are рассчитано for 1 pizza.

Slice the sausage into thin slices. Scatter over the tomato sauce.

Rinse the tomatoes and pat dry. Slice into thin rings and place on top of the sausage. If needed, add a little salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with grated hard cheese (use any grater you like). Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Bake for 25-30 minutes. Adjust the exact time and temperature to your oven.
