Preparation
Step 1
Any fish works - white or red. I used pink salmon. Use 10% cream and smoked bacon. Wash and peel vegetables, drain corn liquid.

Dice the onion finely.
Step 3
Cut potatoes into medium cubes.
Step 4
Cut fish fillet into serving pieces.
Step 5
Heat a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Add bacon and fry until browned, then remove.
Step 6
Add onion to the melted fat. Lower heat and sauté 3-4 minutes until golden.
Step 7
Pour in boiling water, add potatoes. Cook 5-7 minutes after boiling.
Step 8
Add fish pieces and corn. Cook another 3-5 minutes.
Step 9
Put flour in a small bowl. Pour cream slowly while stirring constantly.
Step 10
Pour cream mixture into the soup. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
Step 11
Serve, sprinkled with chopped parsley and crumbled bacon. Enjoy!
