- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
You can adjust or replace the vegetables as you like. Chicken can be substituted with any other meat.
Step 2
Wash the chicken fillet and boil in salted water until cooked, about 20 minutes. Cool and cut into small cubes. Alternatively, fry in a skillet, bake in foil, or use smoked chicken.
Step 3
Wash, dry, and slice mushrooms. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry until golden.
Step 4
Boil broccoli in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender. Use fresh or frozen; frozen does not need pre-thawing.
Step 5
Drain broccoli in a colander and rinse with ice water to preserve color. Drain excess water. Break large florets into smaller pieces if needed.
Step 6
Shake excess brine from cucumbers and cut into small cubes or slices.
Step 7
Drain canned corn and pat dry.
Step 8
In a salad bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, cucumbers, fried mushrooms, and corn. Dress with sour cream and mayonnaise and mix.
Step 9
Transfer the salad to a serving plate and serve immediately.
