Preparation
Step 1
Place the peanut butter, icing sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large mixing bowl. Stir together by hand or use an electric mixer until combined.
Step 2
Gradually beat in enough of the remaining oil to reach your desired chocolate spread consistency, keeping in mind that it will thicken slightly once chilled.
Step 3
Transfer the spread to a sealed jar and store in the fridge, where it will keep for up to 2 weeks.
