Incredibly delicious, original, and perfect for a festive table! This chocolate mousse is made in a slightly unusual way. Among other things, you need to whip it with a mixer. The result is amazingly airy and delicate - and with alcohol, it becomes pleasantly bold. A top dessert, especially for women’s celebrations!

Preparation
Step 1
How to make chocolate mousse? Prepare the ingredients. Use dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa. Instead of cognac, you can use whiskey or brandy. The sugar can be brown as well.
Step 2
Break the chocolate into small pieces.
Step 3
Put the chocolate into a small saucepan, add the sugar. Pour in the water and cognac.
Step 4
Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stirring constantly, melt the chocolate. You should get a fairly fluid mixture.
Step 5
Pour the chocolate mixture into a bowl. Let it cool to room temperature.
Step 6
Put ice cubes into another bowl, slightly larger.
Step 7
Set the bowl with the chocolate into the bowl of ice so the bottom cools evenly.
Step 8
Whip the chocolate with a mixer on medium speed. At the very beginning, nothing seems to happen. But as it cools, the chocolate mixture will gradually thicken. Don’t whip the mousse for too long, or it will lose its airiness.
Step 9
Spoon the airy chocolate mousse into dessert cups. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 10
Before serving, decorate the chocolate mousse with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon and cocoa. Enjoy!
