Chilli bean soup

Quick, hearty, and full of flavor, this simple sauce and bean soup comes together in minutes, finished with cheese, sour cream, or yogurt, and crunchy tortilla chips for a comforting meal.

Preparation
Step 1
It is best to choose a jar of tomato sauce with chillies. You can also use passata.
Step 2
Place the tomato sauce and beans in a large saucepan. Stir in the stock, bring to a gentle simmer, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then ladle the soup into bowls.
Step 4
Finish with grated cheese, a spoonful of soured cream or yoghurt. Additionally you can add a handful of tortilla chips.
