Chicken wings in honey sauce

Very simple, very tasty, and quick to make! Chicken wings in honey sauce are tender, juicy, and moderately spicy. The sweetness of honey combines perfectly with lemon and soy sauce for an irresistible dish.

Step 1
Chicken wings must be thawed. Use liquid honey; if crystallized, melt it in the microwave.

Cut off the smallest tip from each wing; it’s mostly bone and not useful.

In a separate bowl, mix liquid honey and soy sauce.
Step 4
Peel garlic and press it into the bowl. Add a bit of tomato paste and mix all ingredients.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat until hot. Add chicken wings and fry until golden brown on both sides. Place wings in hot oil to achieve a crispy golden crust.

Drizzle fried wings with lemon juice and pour the honey marinade over them. Season lightly with salt and pepper (soy sauce is already salty). Cook wings in the sauce for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
