How do you make a salad with chicken and pickled mushrooms? Prepare the ingredients from the list. Boil the chicken (or chicken breast) in advance. You can also use smoked chicken. Choose mushrooms to your taste; you can skip the pickled cucumbers if you like. For the dressing, you can use sour cream, or a mix of mayonnaise and sour cream.
Step 2
Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press.

Peel the onion, rinse it with cold water, and finely chop it with a knife.

Wash the fresh cucumbers well and cut them into thin matchsticks.

Cut the pickled cucumbers into matchsticks as well.

Cut the mushrooms into medium pieces; small ones can be left whole.
Step 7
Cut the cooked chicken into small pieces.
Step 8
Put all the chopped ingredients into one bowl and add canned green peas.
Step 9
Add salt, ground pepper, and mayonnaise for dressing.

Mix everything until evenly combined. Transfer the salad to a salad bowl or plate it in portions, garnish with herbs, and serve. Enjoy!
