Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse the fillet under running water, pat it dry, and cut it into strips. Heat the oil in a skillet, add the meat, and cook until done. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add turmeric, it gives a nice color. Stir. Simmer the fillet for about 3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Step 2
Rinse the lettuce leaves under running water and dry them on paper towels.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can use any cheese, the main thing is that it should be natural and without added vegetable fats.
Step 4
Rinse the tomatoes and bell pepper under running water and dry them. Remove the stem from the tomatoes and cut them into quarter-rings. Remove the stem and seeds from the pepper and cut it into half-rings. Peel the onion and cut it into half-rings.
Step 5
Mix the sour cream, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. If you like, you can also add chopped dill and a small clove of garlic. If you prefer a richer version, you can use ready-made Caesar sauce.
Step 6
Cut rectangles from the flatbread sheets and generously spread each one with sauce. Sprinkle generously with cheese. Arrange the lettuce leaves, fillet, and vegetables on the flatbread in rows, close to one another.
Step 7
Turn the flatbread 90 degrees and carefully fold in the left edge.
Step 8
Then fold up the bottom edge of the flatbread, tucking in the filling. Do this carefully so the flatbread does not tear. Roll the flatbread into a wrap.
Step 9
Place the roll in a dry skillet and heat it on both sides, about 1-2 minutes, so the cheese inside melts. The homemade Caesar roll is ready. Enjoy your meal!
