You can use not only mayonnaise but also sour cream or natural yogurt for dressing. You can use them separately or mix with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste—this will reduce the calorie content of the dish. You can replace the chicken with turkey or any other type of meat of your choice. However, keep in mind that this will change the cooking time and calorie content of the dish.
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients from the list. You can use either white or red canned beans. If you have pre-cooked beans, you can use them. You can also customize the vegetable part of the salad to your taste.

Wash, pat dry, and cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.

Season the chicken with spices, mix well, and let it marinate for 20 minutes. Instead of frying, you can boil or bake the fillet in foil. You can also use smoked chicken instead of fresh.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and fry while stirring until golden brown. You can fry the whole fillet, but cutting it into small cubes makes it more flavorful and tender, as each piece absorbs the spices. Transfer the fried chicken to a bowl.

Wash and dry the cucumber. Cut it into small cubes. If the skin is not tough, damaged, or bitter, you do not need to peel it.

Drain all the liquid from the canned beans and rinse them under cold water in a strainer. This removes the thick residue from the can. Let the beans dry to avoid a watery salad.

Wash, dry, and finely chop the dill. You can replace or complement the dill with other herbs like parsley or cilantro.

Add the canned beans, cucumbers, and chopped greens to the bowl with the chicken.

Dress the salad with mayonnaise, mix well, and serve immediately. It’s best to prepare the salad just before serving, as refrigeration may affect its taste. Enjoy!
