Chicken and apple salad
A fresh and crunchy chicken salad with apples, grapes and walnuts, tossed in a creamy yoghurt and dill dressing for a light yet satisfying meal.

For the dressing

Table of volume measurements:
- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken breasts to your liking. Let them cool.
Step 2
Place the chopped apples in a large, wide salad bowl and toss them with the lemon juice and honey.
Step 3
Add the grapes, thinly sliced celery and spring onion, roughly torn lettuce and chicken, then gently toss to combine.
Step 4
To make the dressing, whisk together the yoghurt, garlic, vinegar, mustard and dill, seasoning to taste. Spoon the dressing over the salad and toss thoroughly so everything is well coated.
Step 5
Finish by scattering over the walnuts, garnish with extra dill, and serve.
