Cauliflower and chickpeas with a dressing

For the cauliflower and chickpeas

- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Prepare the chickpeas with a light coating of oil and half of spices - garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and place them in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes. Once done, set aside.
Step 2
Next, put some oil in the cauliflower florets and season with the remaining garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Air-fry for 8 minutes until lightly crisp and golden.
Step 3
While the vegetables cook, prepare the dressing by combining all ingredients except the salt in a sealed container or bottle. Shake well until fully emulsified, then season with salt to taste. If the dressing thickens too much, a splash of water can be added to loosen it.
Step 4
To serve, arrange the cooked cauliflower and chickpeas on a platter. Drizzle with the prepared dressing and finish with a garnish of fresh mint. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavour.
