How to make carrot casserole in a multicooker? Prepare the needed ingredients to make a tasty dessert from natural, quality products.

Take a large bowl and crack 4 room-temperature eggs into it, then add 120 g sugar (about 2/3 cup).

Beat with a mixer until fluffy and smooth.
Step 4
Add 100 g melted butter (about 7 Tbsp).

Mix again with the mixer until combined.
Step 6
In a deep bowl, combine 250 g semolina (about 1 1/3 cups), 10 g baking powder (about 2 tsp), and 1 tsp vanilla sugar. Mix the dry ingredients well.

Add the dry mixture to the wet base in two additions, mixing each time.

Mix until smooth, then set the bowl aside and give the semolina time to soak and swell.

Grate 500 g carrots finely (about 4 cups packed). Add them to the batter in portions, mixing as you go.

Mix everything thoroughly until uniform.

Transfer the carrot batter to the multicooker bowl and spread it evenly. Insert the bowl into the multicooker and cook on Bake at 140°C / 284°F. Adjust to your appliance.

After 60-70 minutes (depending on your multicooker), remove the carrot casserole and let it cool a bit.
