Easy
About 30 min.
Preparation
Step 1
You can use either frozen or fresh broccoli.
Step 2
First, boil the eggs. Place them in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and set on the stove. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium and cook for 10-12 minutes. Drain the boiling water and cool the eggs completely.
Step 3
Thaw the crab sticks at room temperature.
Step 4
Rinse the broccoli and separate it into small florets.
Step 5
Boil the broccoli in lightly salted water for 2-5 minutes. Do not overcook it, or it will become mushy. If using frozen broccoli, cook according to the package instructions.
Step 6
Drain the cooked broccoli in a colander, cool it, and transfer it to a large salad bowl.
Step 7
Peel the cooled eggs and cut them into small pieces (I diced them).
Step 8
Add the eggs to the broccoli.
Step 9
Cut the crab sticks into thin slices or small cubes - whichever you prefer.
Step 10
Add them to the salad bowl.
Step 11
Add mayonnaise and a bit of ground black pepper. Optionally, sprinkle with finely chopped greens. The amount of mayonnaise depends on your taste - I prefer using just a little.
Step 12
Before serving, mix the salad thoroughly and taste it. Add salt if needed. The salad is ready to serve!
