Breaded chicken nuggets

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220C.
Step 2
Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with a beaten egg, and one with half the breadcrumbs. Coat each chicken strip in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally press firmly into the breadcrumbs to coat both sides. Place on a sheet of baking paper.
Step 3
Brush a baking tray with 1 tablespoon of oil. Arrange the coated chicken pieces on the tray, then brush lightly but generously with 3 tablespoons of oil. Bake for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Step 4
Serve with your favorite side dishes.
