Preparation
Step 1
Place the berries, apple, milk, yoghurt, oats, and nuts into a blender and process until the mixture is completely smooth.
Step 2
Gradually add 75-100ml/2½-3½fl oz of cold water, blending after each addition, until you reach a silky consistency.
Step 3
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
