Step 1
How to make beet salad with pomegranate, garlic, and walnuts? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Wash and boil the beets and carrots until tender.
Step 3
Peel all vegetables and fruits.
Step 4
Dice the beets into medium cubes.
Step 5
Dice the apple and the carrot as well.
Step 6
Dice the onion into medium cubes.

Put all the chopped ingredients into a bowl.

Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.

Add the pomegranate seeds to the other ingredients.

Add finely chopped fresh herbs.

Press the garlic through a garlic press and add it to the bowl.
