Preparation
Step 1
How do you cook beef ramen soup? It’s very simple. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Rinse the beef fillet, pat dry with paper towels, and cut into 3-4 pieces.
Step 3
Heat a skillet over high heat and add the beef. Sear the meat for 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a board to cool.
Step 4
Wash the carrot well, peel it, and cut into thin matchsticks.
Step 5
Boil the egg noodles in salted water (follow the package time). Drain in a colander.
Step 6
Boil the eggs for 8 minutes from the moment the water comes to a boil over medium heat. Cool the eggs in cold water for 10-15 minutes, then peel and cut lengthwise.
Step 7
Make the broth. Heat the chicken broth. Add soy sauce and the carrot, and bring to a boil over high heat. Once it boils, reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 8
Meanwhile, slice the cooled beef pieces into thin slices.
Step 9
Chop the green onions. If you like more heat, you can also add minced ginger, garlic, and a little hot pepper. You can add other vegetables and herbs too - spinach, celery, bell pepper, shallots, etc.
Step 10
Assemble the soup. Put the noodles into a bowl and pour over the broth. Top with beef, egg, carrot, and green onions. Beef ramen soup is ready. Enjoy your meal!
