First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can adjust the proportions of honey, milk, bananas, and chocolate to your taste. Honey can be replaced with sugar or another sweetener.

Grate the chocolate using a fine grater. If you prefer a smoother smoothie, you can melt the chocolate in a microwave or let it soften at room temperature. You can use dark, milk, or bittersweet chocolate, but if using milk chocolate, reduce or skip the honey to avoid excessive sweetness.

Wash the banana, peel it, and break it into small pieces. Choose a ripe banana – not too soft or overripe, but also not green. The peel should be a rich yellow color without black spots, and the inside should be free of dark patches.

Place the banana, grated chocolate, honey, and cinnamon into the blender.

Pour in the milk. It can be either cold or at room temperature. Choose the milk fat content according to your preference.
