Banana and Milk Smoothie

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can use milk of any fat content. Choose a ripe banana—it is sweet and very aromatic. The proportions are approximate. If you want a thicker smoothie, use two bananas. Add honey to taste or skip it entirely.

Peel the banana and break it into small pieces.

Place the banana pieces into a blender.

Pour the milk into the blender.

Add a spoonful of liquid honey. If your honey has crystallized, warm it in the microwave until it melts. Cover the blender with a lid and blend at maximum power for one minute.

During this time, the banana will be completely blended with the milk, creating a smooth and slightly thick consistency. The banana and milk smoothie is ready! Pour it into glasses and enjoy immediately.
