Step 1
How do you make baked meat zrazy with egg? Prepare the ingredients. For zrazy, a ground meat mixture of pork and beef in equal proportions works best. But in general, you can use ground meat from any other kind of meat. It can be either store-bought or homemade.

Cut all the crusts off the white bread, tear it into pieces, and pour milk over it. For this purpose, you can use not only white bread but also a soft bread roll, which will make the patties more tender. Milk of any fat content will work and will not affect the result. It can also be replaced with plain water. Slightly stale bread is best, because it absorbs meat juices better and makes the patties juicier.

Boil the eggs and cool them in cold water. Peel them and chop them finely, then place them in a bowl. For zrazy, it is better to use eggs with bright yolks so that the filling looks beautiful and vivid when cut.

Peel the onion and chop it finely. Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and heat it over medium heat. Add the onion and fry it for 5-7 minutes, stirring.
Step 5
Add the fried onion to the bowl with the chopped eggs, salt, and mix. If the filling crumbles, add a little vegetable oil to bind the egg pieces together. Turn the oven on to preheat to 180°C (350°F).

Put the ground meat into a bowl and add the soaked bread roll, blending it beforehand until smooth. You can also simply mash it well with your hands. It is better to squeeze out the excess liquid.

Mix the ground meat, add salt and pepper, and beat it well. To do this, gather the meat mixture into a ball, lift it over the bowl, and throw it back in. Do this about 15 times. This helps compact the mixture. After this, it will become more elastic and will not fall apart during cooking.

Divide the ground meat and the egg filling into equal portions. Make a flat patty from each portion of meat and place some egg filling in the center. Bring the edges together and, squeezing well, shape them into zrazy. This is easier to do with wet hands.
Step 9
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place all the zrazy in it. A thick-walled baking dish works best for baking zrazy.
Step 10
Place the dish with the zrazy into the hot oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove them, divide among plates, and serve. Any side dish you like will go well with meat zrazy with egg, but they are especially good with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
