Easy
About 20 min.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Step 2
Take one of the cheeses, remove all packaging, and place it back into its wooden box. For extra stability during baking, position the lid underneath the base. Score the top of the cheese with a lattice-style cut.
Step 3
Gently press the crushed garlic, rosemary, and chilli flakes into the scored surface of one cheese. For the second cheese, insert the slices of truffle into the cuts.
Step 4
Set both cheeses onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for around 30 minutes, or until the centres become soft and wobbly.
Step 5
Once baked, remove from the oven and allow the cheeses to rest for five minutes before serving. Enjoy by scooping out the molten cheese with warm flatbreads.
