Preparation
Step 1
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Spoon the avocado hummus into a serving bowl, cover with cling film, and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop and the texture to firm slightly.
Step 3
Once chilled, serve in bowls alongside freshly warmed pitta breads, bread sticks, carrot sticks, etc.
