- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare ingredients for the dough. Warm the water slightly. Use olive oil or any neutral vegetable oil.
Step 2
Sift flour into a bowl to aerate it, helping the yeast activate better.
Step 3
Add dry yeast to the sifted flour and mix.
Step 4
Dissolve salt and sugar in warm water. Pour into the flour mixture.
Step 5
Add the olive (or vegetable) oil.
Step 6
Stir with a spoon, then knead by hand. Adjust with more flour or a splash of water as needed.
Step 7
The dough should be soft, uniform, and not sticky. Cover it and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Meanwhile, make the tomato sauce. Choose any seasonings based on your taste.
Step 9
Thinly slice pre-peeled garlic.
Step 10
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute for flavor, then remove.
Step 11
Add tomato paste and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
Step 12
Add water and bring sauce to a boil.
Step 13
Season with salt, sugar, and dried basil. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until flavorful.
Step 14
Cover, remove from heat to let the sauce thicken and develop aroma.
Step 15
The dough should be risen, soft, and easy to work with.
Step 16
Roll the dough into a circle, forming a small crust edge. Use parchment paper to move it to a baking sheet easily.
Step 17
Spread cooled tomato sauce over the base.
Step 18
Prepare toppings. Choose any deli meats, cheeses, vegetables - customize freely.
Step 19
Slice the meats as desired.
Step 20
Wash, dry, and slice peppers and tomatoes. Halve cherry tomatoes.
Step 21
Grate any cheese - hard, semi-hard, or mozzarella; it must be flavorful and melt well. I used three types: Russian, Maasdam, and Parmesan.
Step 22
Create three different topping sections on the pizza. (You can divide visually.)
Step 23
On one section, place meat pieces.
Step 24
The cheese section: sprinkle cheese, then add peppers and salami slices. On the meat section, add cherry tomatoes.
Step 25
Add olives. Sprinkle Parmesan lightly over the meat section.
Step 26
Cover the remaining section with mixed cheeses. Feel free to arrange toppings any way you prefer.
Step 27
Bake in a preheated oven at 375 °F (190 °C) until the cheese melts - about 15 minutes (time may vary with ovens).
Step 28
Slice and serve your assorted pizza. Enjoy!
