Albanian-Style Chicken
Simple and delicious! Perfect for both festive occasions and everyday meals. Albanian-Style Chicken is a kind of cutlet made from finely chopped chicken fillet. It’s even easier to cook in a frying pan than regular ground chicken patties. Tender, juicy, and slightly tangy - a perfect match for any side dish.

Preparation
Step 1
You can replace sour cream with mayonnaise. Use odorless vegetable oil. Both potato and corn starch work well for this recipe.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly and pat it dry. Cut it into small cubes.
Step 3
Peel and wash the garlic. Mince it using a garlic press, fine grater, or a knife.
Step 4
Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes.
Step 5
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken fillet with the egg, starch, sour cream, and diced onion. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Step 6
Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Step 7
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Drop spoonfuls of the chicken mixture into the pan to form small patties. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 8
Flip the patties and continue frying on the other side until cooked through, covering the pan with a lid.
Step 9
Serve Albanian-Style Chicken with any side dish and fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
