Air fryer broccoli with chilli and garlic

Crispy air-fried broccoli with a sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy balsamic-honey glaze, finished with freshly grated Parmesan - a flavour-packed side dish.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 180C.
Step 2
Arrange the broccoli florets evenly across the base of the air fryer in a single layer and spray generously with olive oil. Cook for 4 minutes.
Step 3
While the broccoli is cooking, mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, and chilli in a small bowl.
Step 4
After 4 minutes, remove the air fryer drawer, drizzle the mixture evenly over the broccoli, and sprinkle with the garlic and chilli. Return to the air fryer and cook for another 4 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the broccoli warm or cold, topped with a generous grating of Parmesan.
