Air fryer baked eggs

A quick and delicious way to enjoy creamy, tender baked eggs with or without toppings - all done effortlessly in the air fryer.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 150°C. Lightly grease four 120ml/4oz ramekins with butter to prevent sticking.
Step 2
Carefully crack an egg into each ramekin, keeping the yolk intact. Add one tablespoon of cream over the white of each egg - it’s fine if it drifts slightly onto the yolk.
Step 3
Chop the tomatoes to smaller pieces and add them on the eggs.
Step 4
Place the ramekins into the air fryer. For basic eggs, cook for 12-15 minutes until the whites are just set and the yolks reach your preferred consistency.
Step 5
Once cooked, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper before serving.
