Adjarian Khachapuri with Kefir
A delicious yeast-free bake! So tasty! Yes, I mean khachapuri with suluguni cheese. I love tearing off a piece of dough and dipping it into the soft cheese and runny egg. It is unbelievably delicious - give it a try!

Easy
More than 1 hour.
Preparation
Step 1
Pour the kefir into a large bowl. In a separate small container, react the baking soda with vinegar, add it to the kefir, stir, and salt lightly. Melt the margarine and pour it into the kefir.
Step 2
Sift the flour into a separate bowl and pour in the kefir mixture. Knead a firm, elastic dough. Cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 3
Grate the cheese, place it in a bowl, and crack in the egg. Mix well.
Step 4
Divide the dough into four parts and shape each into a flat round. Roll the edges inward toward the center. You will get small dough boats. Place the cheese filling in the center.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the boats on it, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes. Then remove the khachapuri, crack 1 egg into the center of each one, and return them to the oven for 3 minutes.
