Preparation
Step 1
You will need dried hibiscus flowers to prepare this drink.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil and add the hibiscus flowers and grated ginger.
Step 3
Boil for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, and let steep for another 15 minutes.
Step 4
Strain, add sugar, and stir until dissolved.
Step 5
Add the lemon juice.
Step 6
Cool and serve chilled.
