- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml

Preparation
Step 1
Shrimp are usually sold already cooked - simply thaw and peel them. You can also drop frozen shrimp into boiling water for a couple of minutes. Remove the shells, tails, and veins. Medium-sized shrimp work best for canapés since they should be bite-sized.
Step 2
Option One: The most classic combination - shrimp with fresh cucumber. Use a ready-made herb and cucumber sauce, or make your own by mixing chopped herbs with mayonnaise and a little lemon juice. Assemble the canapé: cucumber slice, sauce, shrimp. You can also add bread for layering - bread, sauce, cucumber, sauce, shrimp.
Step 3
Option Two: Tasty and original. Use salted crackers as the base. Chop fresh dill or use small sprigs for garnish. Spread cream cheese generously on each cracker, sprinkle with dill, and top with one or two shrimp.
Step 4
Option Three: You’ll need canapé skewers. Use whole grain or white bread, toast, or baguette. Cut into small pieces using a knife or canapé cutter. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut them in half (stem side down). Spread cream cheese on the bread, add a tomato half, another layer of cheese, then another tomato half. Secure everything with a skewer and decorate with shrimp.
Step 5
Arrange the finished canapés on a serving dish or stand for easy serving. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
